Please note a change to the Trading Technologies environment this morning. Over the weekend we upgraded our TT servers to run a new version of 'GUARDIAN', this is the means of communication between your workstation and our servers. Normally an upgrade like this would be invisible to the end user, but this new version of 'GUARDIAN' does now cause certain servers to display as yellow even when they are fully operational and running. This is why you may notice a YELLOW BLINKING ICON now in the bottom right corner of your screen, where before you had a green icon. To return this icon to its green state you can double click on the blinking icon to view all Server processes. At any exchange that appears yellow, hit the plus sign to open up the individual processes running for that server. Where a red icon appears for ORDER ROUTER- right click- then select REMOVE FROM TREE. You will see the ORDER ROUTER ICON removed, and the individual server turn GREEN once more (THIS PROCEDURE WILL ONLY WORK ON THOSE SERVERS THAT HAVE ALL GREEN PROCESSES EXCEPT FOR THE RED ORDER ROUTER). PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO NEED TO PERFORM THE ABOVE OPERATION, YOUR TT SOFTWARE WILL WORK AS IS WITHOUT THE ABOVE CHANGES.
